Refundable- Only if you clean up after your event. Floor swept, mopped, no trash left, etc. 

Non-Refundable- If you cancel after you pay your deposit. If trash is left in the building. The floor should be cleaned just like you found it. If you choose to leave trash, CJC THEE BRAND STUDIOS HAS THE RIGHT TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!
